does any one know what number fuse is for the brake lights on a ford galaxy 2.4,brought the car but no manual.

Can you give us a bit more info, ie, Year or either MK1 or MK2 and engine code manual/auto?

 

Did you mean 2.3 petrol as 2.4 is not an option.

yeah sorry total blonde moment,its a 2.3 and its a y reg.all brake lights have stopped working and just wanted to try the fuse before investigating something else

still having trouble with this changed the bulbs change the fuse still no brake lights not even the knight rider style one lol

Tailgate gaiter wiring is a common problem, as cyborg says... also check brake light switch.
